Job description

• Technical and disciplinary management of a decentralized team of 10-15 employees
• Determining the project-related areas of activity for the construction managers in your
  region (Lower Saxony, Saxony)
• Regular meetings with team members on site in the expansion areas
• Coaching and development of employees through regular feedback calls
• Design of work processes in collaboration with your team and relevant interfaces as well
  continuous participation in cross-team and cross-departmental activities processes
• Support for project-related escalations
• Contact person for our construction partners

Qualifications

• Completion of studies or training in a technical or commercial field
• Leadership experience and a great interest in employee development
• Several years of professional experience in construction management of infrastructure projects or comparable project
• High level of motivation, goal orientation, problem solving skills and
  communication skills
• Possession of a B driving license and flexibility for overnight travel
