Job description

  • Conduct house inspections to determine where our network components are located
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding planned construction work inside and outside the building
  • Technical documentation of inspections in our systems
  • Carry out house introductions, surface restoration of the building and minor
    construction works in the NE3 area
  • Assembly of the network components (HÜP, GFTA, ONT) in the building
  • Blows, splices, patches fiber optic cables and activates the connection
  • Conduct OTDR and attenuation measurements
  • Creation of documentation and delivery in our systems

 

Qualifications

  • Completed technical education in the field of telecommunications, radio and television
    engineering, electrical engineering or similar field
  • Professional experience in assembling cable networks and splicing fiber optic cables
  • NE3 experience – from PoP/HVT to the building/customer basement
  • Team player with a high service orientation and a careful and responsible way of working
  • Routine in handling technical equipment to create house connections and register
    recorded data
  • Driving license class B and willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of NE4 expansion is advantageous
