Job description
Definition and implementation of the framework conditions for financing projects as well as
support to the work group and management of specific work flows
Review of the financing project’s goals in the individual projects
(facility, customer connections, documentation) with a focus on quality and
compliance with agreed periods (approval periods)
Definition and tracking of actions to support goal achievement
Provision of the project results to offset the project’s
financing commitments
Comprehensive project management
Effective interface management for collaborative goal achievement with the areas
purchasing, regional organization and the State Support Organisation
Regular communication of project status and coordination with various
internal departments
Proactive risk management including identification of potential risks, development of
risk minimization strategies and early identification of problems with initiation of
proper actions
Qualifications
Successfully completed studies in a relevant technical field such as
engineering, industrial technology or a comparable field or technical education with
several years of professional experience
Proven professional experience of project management in infrastructure projects or
comparable developments, preferably in the management of financing projects, esp
in the field of fiber optic expansion or similar telecommunications infrastructure projects
Experience of (project) leadership
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and enjoyment of numbers driven
remedial measures
Independent personality with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills at various levels, with
both internal and external stakeholders
Team orientation and the ability to operate successfully within
stakeholder management
Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) both spoken and written
