Job description
To independently establish and maintain sustainable relationships with our construction partners
Personal support, development and scaling of our construction partners through regular
communication
Contract and commercial management of partners in close collaboration with purchasing and
the rollout department
Conduct regular performance reviews across the entire project portfolio with
regarding construction performance, time, quality and costs together with
the operating units
Derivation of recommendations for measures as well as agreement and follow-up
of measures to ensure success in case of deviations
Development of strategies and problem solutions to align Vectrical and partners
interests
Qualifications
Completed studies with a commercial/technical focus or comparable degree
Several years of experience dealing with service providers or preferably construction partners across the board the life cycle: from onboarding to performance management to service acceptance
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, preferably in the FTTX environment is desirable
Pragmatism with strong problem solving skills
Very good communication skills, confident demeanor and negotiation confidence
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German and very good knowledge of English;
other foreign languages are an advantage
